well, you have plenty of information already, so why this forum is under "Non-revealed religions" sector?

We use that phrase to mean that the religions haven't been revealed by a deity, not that we don't have information on them.

Taoism itself wasn't an idea or set of practices given to people by deities. If we're to believe the tales surrounding it, the first Taoist text was written by a man. Thus, it was given to us by mankind, not gods.

While there are deities in Taoism, I consider it similar to the way Buddhism has deities. It wasn't passed down by deities, but deities have always been in the lore of that area, so it was bound to "soak up", so to speak, a bit of that lore as it travelled.
