Does anyone practice some form of energy work? If so, which one(s)? And for how long.

Also, what have you achieved most out of your practice?

Reiki and Qigong although sporadically. I'd love to learn Tai Chi but I just don't get it from the DVD's and I can't find anyone local.

Reiki is the only one though I do 'healing' with my hands anyway - mixing massage, rellaxation and aromatherapy - it pays to have belt and braces!
