Hello,
Syncretism is the accepting into a religion beliefs that were rejected at first. We can see this concept plainly when we consider what was allowed on television at first. As time went on,things that shocked people at first were slowly accepted, as the shock wore off. This same thing has happened to almost all religions today. Through the process of syncretism, many false beliefs have been introduced into the Christian congregation. These were rejected at first, but alter after the shock wore off they allowed these to infiltrate Christianity until it has been completely adulterated. Most of the beliefs have come from the Mesopotamian valley, the cradle of civilization, from old Babylon. If you study almost all the foundation beliefs of the congregation you attend, you will find that almost none of them are supported by the Bible. Take any and search them out, and you will soon find out what I am talking about. |
