I can't decide between the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Portugal to win.
I think the USA can definitely advance past the group stage, but I would be quite shocked to see them win it all.

Would you change the allocation of the 32 spots in tournement or do you think it's fair?

The Pool allocation is fair, even though it's been randomised. I'd like to see either France or the Netherlands win, but we'll probably end up listening to my little bro chanting Bra-Sil Bra-Sil for another 4 years.
Did you see the World Club Champs? Sao Paolo players have such incredible control over the ball. Puts most of the European players to shame. Their long-ball accuracy leaves a little to be desired, but on the whole and with the addition of their European club Players (including Ronaldinho *bows down*) they're going to carve up. Here's Ronaldinho making everyones jaws drop (again) just in case you haven't seen it: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...inho+new+boots "yeah those are good boots braaathaaaa"

I don't get to see South American matches as much as I do European ones - (and I watch the American MLS only when desparate). I'll get to see a weekly highlight reel of SA play- maybe. But yeah, they're control is beyond compare.
That said, I don't think Brazil will win this year, but will be in the finals, mostly likely. Ronaldinho is quite possibly the best player in the world at the moment.
