I just wanted to add support to the active dreamers here. Dreaming has been one of my little tricks I have nutured over the years. Fascinating possibilities can be found in dreams. Re: Grounding. I wont rain on your parade with my slant on this, but what you are saying is very good. Just out of curiosity MV, when your palms are fully extended and you are "pushing" how far can you feel beyond the surface of your skin? A millimeter? A few inches? A yard? From the sounds of what you are saying, you should know what I am asking.

Pulsus was a development of mine from my Martial arts, Chi Gong, and Zen experience. Coupled with all I have learned from the spirits and my students. I cannot take all of the credit.
