"the tao of health sex and longevity" or "the complete book of chinese health and healing" both by daniel reid. also you could search for sites on (taoist) semen retention to explain the benefits of not ejaculating, especially during masturbation.

Considering it's been put in Abrahamic Religions I'm sure there's got to be a religious twist to it. Otherwise why not put it in the sexuality section or in the Eros room? So, is it if masturbation is a sin? Are you looking for verses to verify that it's a sin?

I believe, considering the sub-forum this is in, that the question is referring to the view upon masturbation religiously. If there is another question concerning masturbation I believe it should really go in another sub-forum. Such as either the health or eros ones.
edit: sorry this seems to be what Moni Gail basically said. I was slow on the typing thing and was dealing with something else at the same time. I swear she had not posted that when I started. But I guess it's true what people say about great minds all the same.
