Hmm. I think I see a difference. Bi still kinda implies the ol' gender binary's involved. Just liking people doesn't. Difference in how you see yourself. In practice I guess it'd work out the same, but this is asking how people view themselves.

A lot of people who are bisexual tend to have a preference towards one gender even though they may be quite happy in a relationship with either. This says to me that they still make a distinction between genders and this is simply not something that registers in my mind. Subconciously, I don't see men and women, I see people.

As do I, until the attraction 'mechanism' kicks in, and then Gender comes into play. I consider myself fortunate enough to be a plain, uncomplicated Heterosexual...............or whatever I am now. My doctor seemed to think it funny that I thought 'Libido' was part of the Italian beaches................
