Be honest with yourself and quit representing knowledge as fact just because a community believes it. I mean you share Bahai as a religion and i will bet because you saw real errors in other beliefs.....

so please use the same common sense and before you make a decision to represent that it has a perfected foundation otherwise you are creating more lies.

Weren't the sun and planets formed when scattered particles of space dust clumped together over aeons (universal gravitation)?
Some of the dust was mineral, some metal. Iron was a part of our home clump from the beginning.

How did molecules of iron come to be floating around in space to begin with? I don't think that's what Cordoba is asking.

You are correct, the sun and planets were formed by a gradual coallescing and accretion of material through gravitational forces. There may be some question as to exactly how the earth-moon system was formed, as it is the closest thing we have to a binary planet system in the solar system. By comparison, all other moons are inconsequentially small compared to their host planet.

yeah but could have come from metal meteorites as said before, these are all theories no truth.

Or also how did Hydrogen get here, i've heard one theory that asteroids soon after the formation of the earth and moon, bashed our planet and that inside them were low levels of hydrogen, gradually filling the oceans and so on, and scientists point to the craters on the moon to justify this.Anyone heard any other theories?

I don't believe there is any natural free hydrogen on the planet, it is too light to be held by gravity, or will quickly combine with other elements.

A theory, in science, is not speculation or conjecture. A current scientific theory is as close to truth as evidence and reason can get us.

Of course there are metal meteorites raining down on us all the time, but this doesn't explain the fact that almost all the iron is contained in the planet's core, not on it's surface.
Our planet is a metal sphere with a thin dusting of lighter minerals covering it's surface.

Assalamualaikum.

Oh for God's sake. "Nazalu" the word for descent in the Quran DOES NOT ALWAYS mean literal descent. Do detailed research on the Quran and cattle, "mannawasalwa"(food ... rough translation), the Quran itself, and so many other things descended from heaven. I mean did the Quran descend from heaven. Even Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is said to have descended from heaven.

It refers to the importance of those things to us, human beings, and may also be thought off as a beautiful prophecy in that those things are still important to so many human beings.

I am not going to bother quoting verses in support of the above ... unless someone reallllly pinches me.

Einsteinium was creeated in the stellar furnaces, too. However it's short half-life means that we have never had any of it from natural sources.

Makinbg Einsteinium in a reactor is the equivalent of a parlor trick, when considering the masses of elements required to make planets.
