Everything changes; everything in the universe is in constant motion. Nothing remains the same forever. So in that sense of the word everything evolves. We can talk about the evolution of planets, the evolution of stars, the evolution of galaxies etc. But this is obviously not biological evolution.
Biological evolution applies to all populations of living organisms. Every living thing on this planet evolved from a different kind of organism. And every population changes over time and has the potential to develop into other very kinds of organisms. Language, Culture, Civilizations, Religion, Philosophy, Art, all these things also evolve over time. But again remember that this not the same as biological evolution and is not necessarily related to the theory of evolution.
