Well, I guess since we're talking about spirits as if they exist, my question still is - why not make it known? Whether it be qualitative or quantitative, the fact of the matter is, if some knows for a fact, and not just in their own minds, that these spirits exist, it's up to them to tell the rest of the world. Keeping it tucked away and shrowded under a veil of mystery with the only good reason being, "your not spiritual enough" is kinda like saying, I can see it, but you can't. If it exists, doesn't it make senes that others, and not a small group of people, should know about it? If this is real, then this is like the next break through of the modern days.

Men have been trying to figure out death, and by the assumption that spirits exists would mean that something specific happens to our "souls" "spirits" after death and we in a way, would still exist. This is a whole new dimension of perspective and thinking that can lead to great things, can it not?

Good evening aunggu. It is my purpose to teach about them. But I am only starting small. The one thing you must understand is the nature of the spirit world. The many different spirits in your house are not humanlike spirits. You also must first understand the flow of nature. And also understand the way they pass on this flow of nature. It is very complicated, so naturally it is hard to teach to 10 people, let alone hundreds. You know what energy is. The basis for the spirit world is energy, that is it. It isn't supernatural, or paranormal, its completely natural. You are able to move, to breath, to think, all because of the energy (spirit) your body possesses. When a door opens, it opens due to energy. There are spirits in doorways, there are spirits in fireplaces, there are spirits dealing with your electricity, your heating, your air conditioning. There are also spirits that deal with the natural flow of energy to your houseplants, your pets, all of the insects in your house. And many, many more. They are not there to spy on you, though your guides are always watching (and yes I could probably talk to them if I wanted, but if it goes against the flow of nature, it won't happen.) They are there simply to pass on the flow of nature to the physical world, and allow it's natural course to take place. That is it.

I vote for the existence of evil "spirits" and the like as active in our world. I have a teacher whose sepecialty is cults and the occult, and we have come accross videos of mediums that are convincing to me. If they do not prove that we can talk to the dead or to "evil spirits" then they definately fall into the freaky category as a weird occurance in nature. The medium develops a 'horn' of ectoplasam which comes out of her body (usually the mouth, sometimes the nose), and the spirit speaks from the horn. I am not sure if the 'horns' have ever been scientifically tested, but I think that most of them dissolve after a while - you can remove them and take pictures of them though. The videos are convincing because they line up with other verbal testimony.

Anyway, for Christians and Jews, it is not biblically impossible that evil spirits are active in the world or that we can communicate with the dead. It is forbidden to go through mediums or to commune with evil spirits (an evil spirit would be a spirit that does not confess Christ).

Ectoplasm was discovered to be simply sugar water with another additive that made it plyable. (I forget what it is right now), but it was one of the many things about mediums and spiritualism that was proven false by people like Harry Houdini. There are mediums, but the spiritualists like the fox sisters were discovered to be false, in fact all 3 of them confessed to being fake.

Would you call a tree spirit evil angellous? A tree spirit has no need to confess christ, actually, no spirits do.
