Hello all!
This is my first official post, so please feel free ot introduce yourself as well as answer the post. The 2nd law of thermodynamics states that entropy is always increasing. Entropy is defined as "The amount of disorder or randomness in a system". So nature (the universe) always goes from order to disorder. There are no exceptions to this rule of science. The first life form ever created was a very ordered and complex being. So disordered chemicals going to ordered life is not possible by natural causes, as it violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Some kind of intelligence had to do it. |

If you have an exception to the 2nd law of thermodynamics, I'll see you on the cover of Time magazine, winning a whole bunch of awards!

Thanks Maize!
Actually Geoman, it's not that I disagree with the second law, but with your premise that life and/or evolution are in spite of it. That's like equating the first law with the creation of a new product or species. It's a non sequiter. But don't worry, I made the same mistake not so long ago. It never hurt my faith, but on the contrary, helped me to more clearly understand it.
