Thank goodness for neighbors with unsecured wireless networks.

But seriously, who is going to use more than 250GB a month on a residential connection besides a porn addict? They've had this cap for years and it used to be only 30GB a few years ago. At least they're being open about it now.

And if you didn't know, they also have caps on emails too. But they won't tell you what it is. Not even tech support knows for sure. It's all handled by the abuse department.

I doubt even a porn addict would go through that much, unless that was all they did all day every day. I have downloaded several movies, and nearly two thousand songs in about two months, plus playing WOW for several hours a day, and I never got a call saying I was using too much bandwidth.
