If you're right-handed then your dominant had is your right one. If you're left-handed then your dominant had is your left one.

Okay. Then face south and raise your arms straight out to the sides. The hand on the arm pointing to the West is your right hand, and the hand on the arm pointing East is your left hand. Now that that's cleared up go to post #6 for further directions.
