So you're saying that if they claimed to be Muslim, yet didn't believe in Muhammed, or believed that Jesus was God, they'd be Muslim?

Great ... finally some Muslim wakes up and points out to the virus I am trying to spread here. I have been saying so many unIslamic and Haram things on this forum, tarnishing the reputation of Islam in front of all the Christians, Atheists, etc.

Wow. Perhaps you'd like to try to defend your Ahmadiyyah manhaj.

Perhaps ... but I want to ensure first that every other sect of Islam has given this ruling. I know this to be the case. Back in 1970s when Pakistan declared us non-Muslims this was the chant made in headlines of newspapers that ALL MUSLIMS UNITE AGAINST QADIYANIS (gist). And in Indonesia where they have passed the Presidential decree that Ahmadiyya not pretend to be Muslims. Plus (as it has been pointed out) Saudi Arabia. Gambia and Bangladesh (not completely but getting there) too.
I assume you all agree with all of the above. P.S. We call ourselves the Ahmadis. Some of our opponents call us Qadiani which is a name they have labelled us and is not our own. Its the difference between Muslim and Mohammadan. Just wanted to point that out.

I would go ahead but the problem is that non-Ahmadi Muslims have a tendency to start swearing and displaying their anger at me once Ahmadi Muslims present their arguments ... they do not listen with honesty but shout and do not want to listen. Can I be assured calmness here? I promise now that I will not get angry on this thread at least and will stick to the pillars of reasoning and rationality and adopt (to the best of my abilities) Taqwa because God said
ذَلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ Can I hope that you will too?

Muslims vs. Ahmadies? I'm not sure now whether this is anymore suitable for the *Same Faith Debate* or not. ![]()

Its suitable its suitable for same-faith ... I agree with you Abu Khalid ... I will edit my post ... let me rephrase:
I would go ahead but the problem is that non-Ahmadi Muslims have a tendency to start swearing and displaying their anger at me once Ahmadi Muslims present their arguments. That sounds better I think. Let me make it clear ... I use the word Ahmadi to differentiate myself from other sects of Islam. The differentiation is necessary. I do consider myself Muslim ... in fact Ahmadiyyat considers itself true Islam. The name is just an identifying feature. I just hope people don't start shouting at me once I get on with my argument.

If you believe you are right then go a head and we can reason that well, and i don't think anyone here need to shout about anything.
