Elder Ballard is currently speaking about motherhood. I'll save my analysis until I can read the transcript, but my initial impression is that his talk crushes Beck the Wreck's talk from last conference.

I think the church is realizing the pressure put on women these days to be everything and everyone. The stats about substance abuse and depression in Utah County have obviously not gone unnoticed.
