Christian: Homosexuality a sin? (Jesus Christ, moral, Leviticus, Kingdom, choice)

Quoting Leviticus is just plain hypocritical. Would you stone your children to death if they were persistently disobedient or disrespectful? Would you stone someone for working on the sabbath?

Whats your point? is a child being disobedient and disrespectful a sin? Is working on the sabbath a sin?

Just because we don't stone someone for commiting a sin does not mean its not a sin.


We are talking sin, not punishment.

I believe that homosexuality is wrong because of these verses:

Homosexuality is a state of being, the verses you quoted states "homosexual behavior" not the state of being one.

God created homosexuals too, we are in no posistion, or authority to Judge anyone. however, homosexual behavior is a completely different story.

yup! and he said homosexual behavior is a sin. not the state on being one. read the verses quoted by the op. it narrates homosexual behavior, the NIV states explicitly that "homosexual behavior"
