This is what you said: "Jesrusalem was destroyed because of the wickedness of the people. Musilims and jews are not chrisitans. why would god continue to promise a land to someone when they reject Christ completely and insist on destroyign themselves?" I pointed out a verse that plainly shows God made a promise to Israel, to keep His name in Jerusalem forever. Forever. Does the word "forever" have a different definition to you? There are many, many more verses like this throughout the Old Testament. I also said that God making this promise did not mean the Israelites would not be punished for their sins, as you seem to think. They were. They were sent into exile, they were scattered across the globe. Nonetheless, God keeps His promises, and the fact that Israel is a nation again is proof of that. He brought them back, just as He promised He would. In your quote above, you questioned how God could continue to promise the land to Israel. Because, if you actually read the Bible, this is what He says. You, on the other hand, keep implying that Israel no longer deserves their land, because they sinned against God. This is strictly a Mormon doctrine. It is not Scriptural. God never threatened to take their land away permanently. Only temporarily. This is why I said, if I consider the Mormon doctrine to be true, then that makes God a liar and untrustworthy. So unless you read a different Bible than mine, I cannot comprehend how you can reconcile the two opposing views. Quote:

The reason I don't believe in Mormonism is because I believe the opposite: that He is not a God of confusion! For me to believe the Book of Mormon and the Bible, I would have no choice but to believe God likes to confuse us. Because they say contradicting things. Do you see my point now?Quote:
But the promise to Israel is not one of those types of promises. As I said before, there wouldn't be all these verses promising Israel an inheritance forever, if God planned to trash that promise as soon as they sinned. Then He would be a liar. Forever is a pretty strong word.

According to the Mormans the Book of Morman has the last word, not the Bible.

1. The correct spelling is MORMON, not MORMAN. 2. Your statement is false.

How do you equate Indisputable proof with an anti-Mormon site.

Please note that every anti-Mormon person/site/book/pamphet/what-have-you states that they love Mormons.
In fact, Hugh Nibley made it #1 on his checklist for "How to Write an Anti-Mormon Book". |

I never noticed that. I guess my religion is false then.
