There is no end. The only thing we have is the means. That's one of the biggest mistakes Christians make, is to wish and wait for heaven. What Jesus was trying to tell us was that the "sweet bye-and-bye" has been taken care of for us. We need to concern ourselves more with the now, knowing that God loves us. We can love others because we, ourselves have been loved.

The part that was highlighted from SR's post I would agree with. The OP, I thought, was asking if it was okay to misinterpret someone else's beliefs in order to point out inconsistencies so that they would turn to your faith. That is intentionally lying. That is a huge difference in my opinion.

Go to all the Bible regarding judging others (Matthews), testing all things, testing the spirits, being a Berean, etc. I believe spiritual discernment is extremely important and commanded by God. It appears that LDS Christians have a very big problem from seperating hypocritcal moral judgement (Romans 2) from doctrinal discernment commanded from God. This is the heart of the problem. Satan is the Father of lies and our common enemy. Let's discern truth together and distinguish it from personal moral judgement. For the record, I have never told anyone that they were going to Hell that I'm aware of. I have only quoted you in using the term Hell on this Thread. I believe there are damnable errors that have strong indication someone does not know God,

Perhaps not, but it appears you see nothing wrong with it, since you said:

I'm still not quite sure how any of us knows how Christ will judge another person. I can't see into other people's hearts, and I'm quite sure they can't see into mine.
