Christians only: Does the end justify the means? (Jesus, Creator)

That's a pretty complicated question, because what really brings a person to Jesus. God's grace and faith which are always justified. But if your just saying- is it okay to lie to try and get people to believe in Jesus then I would have to say no, people need to see something that is real or their is no reaon for them to change. If they see people in the church act the same as people in the world then why be a part of the church.

First of all, no one brings anyone to Christ. It is only by the grace of God through the work of God the Holy Spirit, someone is able to love Christ to receive Him. God uses sinners in the plan of redemption, such as the proclamation of the gospel (Romans 1:16-17, Romans chapter 10). By the grace of God, true Christians proclaim the one true gospel which elect sinners are enabled to hear, effectually believe, and receive for redemption and reconciliation.

Of course you have to speak the truth in love, telling the deceived that they are worshipping a false Christ and is going to Hell. Jesus told the unbelieving Jews that Satan was their father. This is spiritual warfare with demonic forces that appear as angels of light. Satan's human servants also appear as angels of light in many religious institutions and organizations(2 Cor). Satan's greatest tool is the lie. Genesis 3 is played out over and over again in human history through fales teaching in religious context. I think the real lie is implying someones essential beliefs show that they have not been reconciled to God, but by the false definition of love, you tell them they are okay. To be merciful is to speak the truth in love. To be unmerciful is to deceive someone into a false unity that does not exists according to biblical revelation alone. Man judges by the outward appearance, but God judged the heart. The truth of the gospel will offend all who are in the flesh. All who are in the flesh (unconverted) cannot please God (Romans 8). Authentic Christianity is for God pleasers and not for man pleasers. The message of the cross will never be world friendly.

I know this is Christian Only debate, and I am not debating this subject, I just wanted to point something out that I caught in the posts versus the poll. According to the response given here to the OP then Special Revelation's answer should be "yes", but he voted "no". So it skewed the poll.
