Men abdication of their spiritual federal headship role is also common in some evangelical circles too. By the general LDS response, it appears the LDS church is more liberal than I realized. I could be wrong, but I'm not sure if LDS family men have a desire to discuss the LDS faith with evangelicals. There is a very big bridge between official LDS doctrine and protestant biblical Christianity. I believe we embrace different gospels and a different Christ. the bible alone is the easy part the hard part is getting people to see it... "for he who can see let him see..."
