God hates sins equally because he doesnt agree with the act of sinning entirely.

according to "God" , God created us to rejoice in his creation of earth. Our will is only natural and comes through creation. God created the "laws" (leviticus) so that we may not sin by following these rules.....i dont really know the CORRECT answer man...im not God...(dur)

It is interesting that some think that God hates some iniquity more than others because He gives different consequences for them. There really is no scripture to back that up.
Now, my view. God hates all sin equally. The reason being is that all sin is a violation of the law of love. This is why if you break one part of the law you have broken all parts of the law. Transgressing the law points out when we have done something that is contrary to love. This is what makes the law our schoolmaster. It teches us when we have done something that is unloving (please don't ask me why eating fish without scales is not loving. I cannot answer that). What God hates, in other words, is doing something unloving, thus He hates all sin equally. |

I believe God hates all sin, but loves the sinner. He wants us all to be saved.
The scripture, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" says a lot. God realizes we all have Sin. He doesn't put a point value on sins, and I don't think he wants us to either. I think he's very displeased with all the finger pointing Christians do about which sins are better or worse than the others. I think many people have ignored much of the new testament. |
