Default venus as a boy
I'm a 21 year old guy. I work in a restaurant, and last night we had a group of Japanese business men in. They all told me that I looked like a young venus as a boy. I always thought venus was a goddess! what do they mean?

Venus (Aphrodite to the Greeks; Astarte to the Syrians) was always a goddess, mostly of love, passion, and beauty, so maybe they meant you looked charming or something....

kindof a weird way of saying it though lol

maybe femininity?

Maybe they had their gods confused? They could have meant Apollo. Or maybe they were referring to the painting called "The Birth of Venus" (which my mom refers to as "Venus on a Half-shell"). They might have been saying that you looked like that a male version of that painting.
