That's probably because it's not you.

It's "Capricorn rising."

It is one of the symbols on your chart; one of the symbols on many people's charts; and something symbolized that can be represented in just about everybody (humanity, in general). That the symbol for this thing appears on the natal chart cast for your birth doesn't mean that it is a characteristic particular of you. What it does mean is that this particular characteristic will have some meaning for you in the context of astrology.
