what is the cradle of each religion?

One would assume the cradle of religion is ignorance.

There is no evidence Noah's flood happened, so I have no reason to believe it did, so: no, it is not.

Ancient Near East is the cradle of civlization (beginning of society) according to Western sources. But religion? No, not really. The oldest known religion is one in Africa, about 60,000 to 70,000 years ago. If you mean, cradle of modern religions, I'm not sure, but still doubt it.

Religion probably developed almost simultaneously in various places, as some sort of animism or paganism.

I agree. People saw some folks doing weird stuff, decided that it was meaningful (for some reason or other) and so aped the behavior.
