Yea well, if that's the reason that they are cracking down then there are a whole bunch of other things they should be cracking down on. Like advertisement in general. I believe a lot of what advertising is, is preying on the vulnerabilities of the average consumer in order to make a product appeal to them. Like appealing to the part of them that feels insecure about their beauty, and advertise something that will make them pretty. Advertising can also instill a vulnerability in someone, convince the consumer they are in need of something they wouldn't otherwise want. Make them feel vulnerable, then sell them a product to satisfy that vulnerability.

Son't get me wrong, advertising has it's place. But I think it has gotten out of hand. And it's not just advertising either. Religion preys on vulnerable people all the time. Children... children are vulnerable, their mind's easily tamed and crafted to their own ends. Some people are to deluded to realize they are doing anything wrong... but you had better believe that someone up top (not meaning God, but rather I higher up religious person) knows what is going on. Capitalism and Religion both are very guilty on preying on vulnerability. Good can come of both, but they can just as easily be used to dark ends.
