I feel that allthought it was a forgotten law, someone decided to bring it up to be discriminate. Thier services were labeled as entertainment, and the "psychics" admited to it. It shouldn't be the concern of the city of it's citizens want to spend thier money to talk to someone who is likly very good at reading body langauge, and has no respect for the Tarot, Astrology, or other divinatory arts.
Personally, I frown upon the practice of charging a set amount for performing palm readings, Tarot readings, etc.

A few of my Pagan/Wicca books do mention that for any money-based divination business, for it to be legal it must be labeled "for entertainment only." Too bad Hen, Larson, and the other greedy lot of ''christians" who perform thier "miracles," complete with lights, camera, microphone, and makeup, don't have to labeled so.

It is a code. I suppect it's from the Strongs Concordance.
G5360 refers to the reference number in Greek
φιλαδελφία refers to the word as it is in Greek, rather the Greek word in question
philadelphia refers to the English translation of the above Greek word

The rest is cross references and relations of the word in question in the KJV Bible. It even includes book, chapter and verse reference for further edification and education.

I belive that wizanda is makeing a statement about Philadelphia the city as it relates to the Bible.

Like Luke said, they HAVE to say that to be legal (or something to that affect)....

However, I don't see the difference in much of what I have heard from the Christian-side-of-things as far as "revelations" and "miracles" and "healings" and "prophecy" and so on goes...

Therefore, it's discrimination in my opinion.
