If she shared the belief that a woman should not teach men in theological studies then why would she have applied for and accepted the position in the first place? What we are talking about here is a changing of gaurd of sorts and the new gaurd obviously believes that scripture is against women being in those positions and fired her for that. The employers claim that basically the fact that she was hired was a mistake by the previous employers. The suit is for gender discrimination and the employer's stance is based on scripture. This might be a difficult one to call though considering the type of facility in the first place.

What will be difficult, however, is the school retaining its accreditation.

The school fired all of its female teachers in a process that lasted four years. Clouda was the last one to go. Paige is a complete jackass and I hope that his head rolls for this.
