I think that if you are going to allow students to wear crosses, you let them wear whatever religious symbol they want. It has to be either all or nothing.

I'm tired of hearing how people don't realize, school's can't do a thing about religion. If they allow one, they have to allow all. If it was to ever happen to me, I would refuse, and invite the school to even try to legally do anything about it.

Her mother feels it's no different than someone wearing a cross."It's your right to be Christian, just like it's my right to be Wiccan, just like it's my daughter's right to wear a necklace," said the girl's mother, Angi Martin.

I would frubal the mother if possible.
