Religious leaders plan tent city for homeless (KBCI Boise)
BOISE, Idaho Religious leaders in Idaho's largest city are hoping to raise a tent city to house the homeless during the winter months. Leaders of the effort say they'll reveal the location of the tent city tomorrow. It's modeled after one in Washington -- and will likely stay in place through March.
