Calif. Legislature Approves Bill To Allow Pharmacists To Object To Filling Prescriptions for Moral, Religious Reasons (Medical News Today)
The California Senate on Thursday passed 22-14 a bill... (SB 644) that would require pharmacists to fill all legal prescriptions unless they have a moral or religious objection that they previously had put in writing, the San Jose Mercury News reports.
