I have a yahoo e-mail for signing up for stuff to keep the SPAM at bay, so I bit the bullet so I could read it. Thought I'd signed up with them....there are so many that I lose track.
Interesting article. Bush and Congress might want to read it and pay attention to it or they could have problems in '06. I have it as a pdf if anyone wants it, shoot me an e-mail. I won't post the entire article, since the link is provided, and since I'm still fairly new, I don't want to draw the ire of the mods, but here's a snippet.
