This sounds a bit like what we are getting here in the UK. There is some on line organization that are trying to get people to lend privately to those who want to borrow. The internet firm take a 1% comission on all deals. When they tell you that you can charge the borrower up to 20% p.a on their borrowing, alarm bells start to ring! And that is without the 'usury' factor 20% ! - When Banks will lend at max 15% !
