I don't know about you guys, but when death comes every question of mine will be answered. Regardless of whether I'm aware of it.

1. Stay in the spiritual realm.

All three of these possibilities depend on the decision of the individual. No one can choose them for you.

When the last breath comes; will still try and be Conscious to know where am going and what happens. So no point in speculation about the number of possibilities.

However you are free to choose whatever you wish as have already chosen mine as stated above.
