I suppose that since Christianity says we are the only ones with souls, or atleast with souls that go to heaven. And that we are the ones with the relationship with the divine like scott said. I actually feel that animals have a more direct and pure relationship with the divine. And their souls are more pure than ours are. I guess that is what I mean. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
