What does that mean, Ben Masada? How can "change" create something or bring something into being? Doesn't change, ie: evolution, require an already extant creation to work upon?

It is an indication that births are essentially accidental as opposed to planned by a Higher Power. Hence, they are counter-evidence for Creationism.
