They all have very different tenets and demand very different things. We are all free to believe what we want but if you ever want to understand ME and my beliefs it may not be as easy as you seem to think it is.

Death is not heaven; it is not an eternal vacancy to MY kingdom. There are no chocolate rivers, golden gates, cloud beds, or peppermint trees like some have envisioned. When you arrive to this spiritual realm, K(NOW) that is as valid as any space in time or place you have ever occupied.

In the spiritual world, a certain freedom comes with BEing detached from the constraints of a physical body.

Many moments can go by in a human’s existence before he or she realizes “Hey! This is what I'm supposed to BE doing!"

What you REMEMBER late in this life will help prepare you for the next incarnation.

There is no way to know what happens when we die. Until of course it happens. However the accepted versions of heaven I have heard have no basis in reality and seem very unlikely.

Ok so mindless belief but acceptance only after you have proven it? Is that a fair interpretation? How did you then prove your belief about heaven? Not to me, but even to yourself?

What you remember late in this life will help prepare you for what? What next incarnation? Mom births you, you grow up and think and do stuff and affect the world at large here and there and then the chemical process that gives you the illusion of being conscious and an individual ceases. The end. That is what seems to be the case based on my rudimentary understanding of basic human life cycles.

I’m not sure that you have heard them all. For example if you compare my understanding of heaven and the afterlife to other religious descriptions, you will notice that I am not advertising a place of peace, I am not asking anyone to put faith in BEing comfortable, I am not promoting a judgmental God, I am not promising happiness, glory or holiness, the only thing I am depicting is that the spiritual realm is different from a physical existence. It is simply a place where everyone goes after death, a place where one can “hang their hat”.

I have nothing to lose in believing, except the belief itself.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to interpret anything until the understanding of the belief comes to a full stop. Then one can decide if they want to stay or get off.

And you have provided a valid scenario. My belief and understanding of the afterlife extends the decision for an individual to (a) stay in the spiritual realm, (b) reincarnate into another physical existence and it even offers the individual the choice to (c) permanently terminate one’s existence altogether. The choice is yours.
