However, so as to answer the question, here's a list of the so-called Celestial Hierarchy, descending.

God- The Big Guy himself.
Seraphim- The fiery serpentine entities closest to the throne of God; their only purpose is to sing hymns and praises to God.
Cherubim- The beings who possess all of God's knowledge. Lucifer was a Cherub. It was also a Cherub who guarded the entrance to the Garden after Adam and Eve were expelled.
Orphanim- Also called the Thrones, they are meant to be the charioteers of God.
Dominations- They rule over all the heavens, ordering God's law.
Virtues- They carry out the orders of the Dominations.
Powers- Maintainers of the borders of heaven and earth.
Principalities- Protectors of nations and cities.
Archangels- Ones who carry out the most important missions to men. (Michael, Gabriel)
Angels- Messengers of God's Word to men. ("angel" literally means "news" or "message")

Genesis also speaks of the Nephilim, or Watchers, many of whom lusted after human women, which leads me to believe that these are the gods of old. So there are likely more than the ones I have listed above.

I have a feeling that mythologically speaking, heaven is as diverse in culture as earth.
If I were to believe in the creatures of your list. I would agree whole heartedly.

Genesis also tells us that the name of God is the Word. This tells me to listen to the words and not to believe in talking snakes.

That kind of belief or the belief in any other other worldly being is a poor start to learning any way of life.

Look to the words of God and not for miracles. Miracles do not happen.

Remember that the Bible you read also has God first sending angels to sample our women and then came down Himself to do the same.

Can you read literally a book that used earth as a cosmic brothel.
Give us a break and shun such notions.

I know. If you look at my 'title' I am an Omnist, which means I find wisdom, knowledge and truth in all things. Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Taoist, Jedi, Tolkien, all of them and more. You might say that I believe what Joseph Campbell believed.

And God never approved of what the Nephilim did at the beginning of Genesis; he flooded the earth right afterward. There's a reason I used 'mythologically speaking', by the way.

OK.

I too am more a a universalist. We all get to heaven, like it or not.

If God were to not like for such to happen, then why set us up by casting out His garbage to earth. Some believe He knows the future and I would think that He would have seen that this error on His part would cost humans dearly.

A logical idiocy.

This is why I do not believe anything that shows Gos hurting man.
There cannot be a fair encounter between God and man. We are supposed to be just children as compared to God. His war cry is not -Drown the babies and children and Gays first-.

Every one almost.

Especially those who believe in a Hell for all the imperfect ones.

There is no Hell. It would be unfair.

The God of love can then still send a flood to kill damed near all of us.

So we cannot know what God's standards are?

But here you imply that God's attributes are the reflection of the collective beliefs and wants of the human race; we ourselves must decide what the grandest of all his attributes must be. If we decide the attributes of God, do we then indirectly choose his standards? Correct me If I am mistaken, but this is what I am reading from this.

According to your philosophy, the God of love can send a flood to kill us all, but in your later posts you state that Hell is non-existent because it would be unfair and that God does not harm his creations; do you not see this as a contradiction?

I am looking forward to a clarification so I can understand your point of view more fully.

Yes we can. We, who are the only species that can have a God, are the ones who set and create His standards. They must be ubderstandable to us to have meaning..

If my poor wrighting style has confused, I am not surprised.

Any scripture that shows God against man must be considered false. A God of love would never pit His force against man. It would just be such a one sidded fight that it would shame any God to admit that He hurt man. Would you brag for killing an ant.

No.
God creates all souls perfect. How would He separate non perfect souls that by their definition as God's creation cannot exist.
In souls production, it would be strange to hear God at work; good one, good one, oops, oops.

I am looking forward to a clarification so I can understand your point of view more fully.
Most want us to believe that God, the farmer, would sow millions of souls on earth and when reaping His crop can only count 8 as success. Do not believe such an imposible scenario. God is not that loser described in scripture.

If your God cannot do better than what the literal Bible reader will get from his reading, then perhaps you need a more logical God. Look and ye shall find.
