I have had someone online tell me that I'm an evil demon spawn of Satan because it's Azakel and that is really close to Azazel.

Well Heru is an Egyptian god, and the egyptian varient of hell would be "duat" and satan would or less be "Apep"

Israel is not a proper transliteration. It's just how English people write it on a map.

It should be Yisrael.

Jerusalem is "Yerushalayim"

Turning it into "heru salam" is sloppy and irresponsible.

Thats because the Y is silent, and the letter J was introduced in the English alphabet about 400 years ago.

and Yis is closely phonetic to Yes, and we would call israel - YESRAEL which would not be a pure transliteration
