That is the Tau definition of merciless, the very worst, the most dangerous threat to society, a violent psychopath with the intent and the will to inflict great suffering.

It is he/she that must be hunted down relentlessly and publically executed, to protect society and to serve as a warning to the others.

hopefully with a trial just to make sure we have the right guy, and is he merciless if he is psychopathic? or mentaly ill? and the executioner will we have a psychological profile done for his CV? i have always wondered about those guys they dont seem to have any mercy.

Psychopaths cannot empathise, they are thus unable to care about what suffering someone goes through at their hands or any one elses, not all psychopaths are violent, many are very respectable people with professional jobs, I having two medically defined sociopaths in my own family () results in my ability to recognise them almost instantly, once I get a look into their eyes, well... I am rarely wrong about someone.

It is the criminal psychopath that must be targeted the others just monitored....

how about four guys who plant bombs in pact pubs and detonate them killing five people and injuring scores what would you do with those seemingly merciless crimes against innocents.

i know of four guys that were held for 15 years , there was five but one died in prison ,

they were released by the court of appeal after protesting their innocence for 15 years , if we had the death penalty what reparations would you reccomend to the grieving families .

Bombers kill indiscriminately, their crimes are very serious indeed, death would be appropriate, in principle.

As for reparations then basically their family/dependants would never pay tax again for starters..a very substantial cash payment..the best private schools for any sons or daughters, reburial with all the works all paid for by the Gov, and public apologies from all the agencies that assisted the prosecution including one from the home office itself..you name it....a ten foot obleisk dedicated to their restored honour raised in the places of their births...whatever the cost.
