stating that if something sits for long enough "somethign will happen" is impossible unless there is an oustide force, which is entirely plausible but that requires that the outside force be active, so what caused the force to act in the first place?

They're called quantum fluctuations, I don't understand why they happen, but they don't require a brain in order to do what they do.
