I am not upset by people having a different view to mine.
However there is a big difference between having a different view of reality and believing something that is utter nonsense. This is made all the worse by those who believe the utter nonsense telling the rest how they should live their lives. I think peoples religious beliefs should be fully and properly examined and debated and shown up for what they are UTTER NONSENSE. Only then can we set about creating a society with a sound moral base. |

My simple answer is 'love.' A more complicated answer is when oneself is seen in others, the other's perspective is understood, and life is in unity with the other there is no offense ever taken.

Now that's offensive. ha ha. but, from your perspective one can see that that must be the case. You are trying to understand it. From my perspective, it is much simpler to just respond with one word. But seriously, you are probably right and it would have been smarter to reverse the two. The depth of love can get pretty complicated to understand in this context. Thanks for bouncing your opinion my way. a..1

Nope.
But I don't like self-righteousness or "godly indignation". Nor do I like people who are rude or disrespectful, of whatever belief or non-belief. James |

Friend ChristineES,
Surely a good question. Who gets offended? It is the ego in the person. It is the *I* of the individual which gets offened [if it does] per se, Am still to find that distinctive *I* what is ia only a part of the whole which is trying to find its way back to that whole. So, that way there is never any hurting or getting hurt. Nothing emotional everything is existential or whatever the law of Nature decides is acceptable. Like being one with the flow without being a seperate body in a way merging with the background changing colours where required and surely vulnerable at all times. Love & rgds |

No. Everyone has different opinions. Even Holy-spirit filled Christians don't agree on everything. I also think that if one truly does have the Holy Spirit, then they will not get upset if someone rejects their ideas. They will remain humble and patient.
