Santa is not God and the father of the messiah Jesus. So who is he anyway???? Since he's not from the scriptures he must be an invention from Satan's earthly organization whom the book of Revelation states is "misleading the entire inhabited earth".Bells for angels? We shouldn't lie to our children and ourselves just because someone else says so. We should look to the scriptures for the answers. Jesus never said to celebrate his birth. Jesus told his apostles to keep eating the unleavened bread and drinking the wine in rememberance of his death and not his birth on the night of Nisan 14. He, Jesus, didn't lay out the details for "Christmas". The word, "Christmas" isn't written in the Bible or any other source of the period when Christians of the period walked the earth.

Jehovah's Witnesses think Satan moved the star that appeared to the Magi astrologers so they must be correct right? No way! How can Satan have managed to move an object out in space??? But Christmas is the work of the Devil. December 24 and 25 line up with only one religious organization, Catholics and not with the holy scriptures.

The apostle Peter is proven not to be the first Pope by the deed Jesus performed to his mother-in-law, curing her of her sickness, so the Catholics must be wrong with their "Christ Mass" celebration if they are incorrect about the first Pope.

And what about those reindeer? Or visiting every Christian household in one night to bring gifts like the Magi did for Joseph and Mary because it was a custom back then?! No, no, no. Celebrating a holiday that Jesus never said to do so and one that doesn't appear any where in the scriptures at all is ludicrous. Just makes money for someone else who doesn't believe in our heavenly father God and his only begotten son, Jesus.

Makes Christians look like idiots. Listening to people instead of the scriptures we say we read and obey. Christmas should be outlawed. Give gifts because you can. Don't do it because someone says the son of God would have like to have it done. The only begotten son of God already said his peace. Celebrate his death. Believe the scriptures and not the contrivance of men.

First: Wow, that's a pretty hardcore accusation; that Catholics are "not with the holy scriptures".

Second: I don't remember Jesus telling anyone about "Christianity" either. That word was only conceived after his death; as was "Christmas".

Really, no offense intended, but that seems a bit much. Besides, didn't Jesus say "Judge not, lest ye be judged"? You seem to be judging others pretty harshly in this rant regarding Christmas.

Since Satan is the father or the lie and everything about Christmas is a lie one would be siding with Satan if you partook of anything to do with Christmas. A thorough investigation of the Hebrew-Aramaic scriptures or the Greek scriptures reveals nothing about the celebration of the messiah's birth or present giving except a custom that the Jews did for important persons.

And I'm not judging. I'm relaying facts from the scriptures. The Catholics believe that the Apostle Peter was the first Pope on the basis that he wasn't married. The scripture in Matthew tells a different story. It tells that Jesus cured Peter's mother-in-law. That's not judging that's called enlightening. If the founder of their religion isn't who they say he is then they the Catholics have started off on the wrong foot and Jesus warned of false prophets and false messiah's.

There can only be one faith anyway since the holy scriptures say the rest are false prophets and false messiahs. And even if the word derived from the word Kristos came afterwards, the fact of Peter having a wife when Popes don't is a serious blurb.

Jesus also said to make sure one checked every interpretation of the scriptures to see that they were so. So I'm following a commandment from Jesus which superceeds "stop judging". Look it up.

Well, if in this case, 'agents of evil' are the ruling Christian authorities, please- by all means- determine that this is so. No, Christ did not mention or support Christmas. It simply became a way of carrying on pagan traditions (the sun is born was turned into the son is born) and making them 'officially' non-pagan. How delightful that it was the church authorities, leading us down the path the hell, in what appears to be your view!

In my book it is, but maybe not the "believer's".

First of all let me ask t3gah, what exactly are you a believer of? You speak that we must not lie to our children. But what exactly do you call forcing religion down a child's throat and telling them it "has to be done"? Or they will go to hell.
