nope.
Doesn't work that way with me.
Going on your own track record in this very thread, I will be answering your questions left and right and you will not answer mine.
You answer, and I mean a real answer, not some sort of avoidance reply, then i answer.

If we don't communicate well, then maybe we should just ignore each other. I am puzzled that you always seem to come to the defense of the Mormons. I know you are neither LDS Christian or a Biblical Christian. Why do you find Christianity based on scripture alone to be more offensive than LDS Christianity?

Hebrews 11:6:
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Romans 8:8:
and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Rule of thumb: quoting scripture outside of Biblical discussion isn't very helpful, especially if no one asked for it. I don't think that God would have intended the Bible to be used as a weapon against people. Don't be a gong.

I'm sorry you beileve that way tomspug. Watch out when you rely on the flesh. The Apostle Paul tells us to put no confidence in the flesh. Please don't trust in your own wisdom tomspug, because God's wisdom is much more powerful and effective than our own human wisdom.

The Armor of God

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. 19Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. - Ephesians 6

14But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Tim 3

Hebrews 4:12:
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Romans 1:16-17:

16I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 17For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,[a] just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."[

Funny thing is that I figured you had me on ignore, what with the way you keep ignoring me...

It matters not though, you ignore much more that is asked of you than you answer.

That is because in your little box there is only black and white.
Since i am not confined to your little box...

I do not claim any religion. I have as yet to find one worthy.

See, instead of actually answering anything, you have to find out what I believe first.
Why is that?
Does your God change according to the beliefs of the one you are talking to?
If not, then what difference does it make what I believe?
I have a fair understanding of how Calvinism works.
Which is a part of the reason why I do not buy your "scripture only" line of manure.
Though i do suspect that you have bought it hook, line, and sinker.
