Let's move away from the LDS Thread, back to the RCC thread. Before you leave this LDS Thread, please answer three sincere and honest questions. Do you personally believe that Joseph Smith to be a prophet of God, or to be a false prophet? If you believe Joseph Smith to be a prophet from God, why haven't you converted to the LDS Christian Faith? If you believe Jospeh Smith to be a false prophet, how can you call LDS members your brothers and sisters in Christ? I'm trying to figure out how religious pluralism works for some professing Christians.

I don't suffer from a "medical condition" called "Post Reformation Hubris Disorder".... or PRHD for short... without PRHD, I can disagree, but yet remain faithful to the calling of Christ to love our neighbor.

Other symptoms of PRHD are ignorance of history and the inability to respond to questions.... uh oh.... know anyone like that?

Could you please answer the questions from post 183? We are called to please God and not men...and to speak the truth in love. Here are the unanswered questions from post 183 again. What good are the historical creeds and confessions if you consider them non-essential in regards to discerning truth? Actually, creeds and confessions were written to refute false teaching in the church. The creeds and confessions that can be supported through sola scirptura are the ones that I personally embrace and receive in discerning truth from error.
