I wasn't speaking for God or the Holy Ghost...

I was only going by the fact that there was no evidence to show divine intervention. When God works, There is always evidence....

I don't think so sister, because we walk by faith and not by sight. God is sovereign, and through divine providence...He directs history according to His good pleasure, name sake, and will. We may not be able to see how He is working all things according to His plan. BTW... I am a wretched sinner deserving the eternal wrath of God. But by the sovereign grace of God...to the praise of His glorious grace... I am a vessel of mercy (rom 9).

I know we all are just sinners saved by grace........I agree with you on the scriptures. We probably believe a lot the same way, you just don't understand what I am trying to say.....If your trying to sell anything the approach and the delivery is how you get your foot in the door....If you knock on the door they answer, and you say hello! ugly house you have here, door gets shut in face, kiss opportunity good bye. If you don't get to show the product then no sale.....Its all about timing, the right time.

LIke I stated we do believe the same way, if I told you my denomination you would probably want to start a new thread though.....You could show me the error of my ways.(she laughs and says, hope that don't happen) We could argue for days......

It's been real
It's been fun
But it's not been real fun
so till we meet and argue again, My Christian brother, I say Keep the faith

I'm a Calvinist, you know...

It's impossible for anyone to believe in the flesh. Calvinists believe that regeneration comes before saving faith (check out Lydia's conversion). The only sinners that are enabled to believe by the sovereign grace of God are those predestined before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1, Romans 8). And faith comes by hearing (Rom 10), through hearing the gospel proclaimed.

Nope. Not a one. We're all Mormons and Catholics and sinners here. So you might as well give up. Bye bye.

That's why I'm having so much fun. The prerequisite for Christianity is to understand your condition as a sinner. The Apostle Paul already claimed to be the chief sinner. I am right behind him as being one of the worst of all sinners. Do I think there can be Roman Catholics and some Mormons united to the Biblical Christ? My answer is yes, in-spite of some of their official doctrine. How well do you think Roman Catholics know the official teachings of Rome? Sometimes ignorance is a blessing.

BTW...do you think you are a sinner?
