And God did not die for us either

Jesus, peace be upon him, is not God nor the son of God. He was God's Prophet, and God saved him from that horrible death on the cross, from a Muslim point of view

As for why God cares for us, the answer is very simple: He created us different from other creatures, as He gave us the free will to believe in Him or disbelieve, to obey Him or disobey

He wants us to believe in Him and love Him by our own free will, not because we have no other choice

He cares for us because He is our Creator, and He gave us a special human soul

He created creation to be known, and he gave us the intellect to be able to know Him without seeing Him, and gave us His Guidance to reach that stage of knowledge ...

That's why He cares, and to Him we will one day return ...
