It is a little complicated to explain unless you are familiar with different paths of thought. It exists in this time and place due to its own evolutionary transformation for the microcosm to the macrocosm. Since all living energy is part of God, We are all along for the cosmic ride so to speak.

So our existence is dependent on a god? It is IMPOSSIBLE to have been brought into this world by other means than a god? Do you have evidence that backs up this statement?

You miss the point I think.

You asked why God exists, not why we do.

Erm, you realise Patty's statement can be read as "God exists because we invented it" as much as it can be read as "God exists, and we are the proof"?

Good question. Which God are you talking about exactly, because they all have different reasons for existing?

I think so. Just to clarify (apart from what Halcyon reads it as) God, to us, is our individual ideas about what God is. The ideas about God are effectively what God is to each of us. God, as I believe in it, has a particular image or landscape supplied by my understanding of what God is; and "I" am "made" in similar image. I am a landscape supplied by my understanding of what of "I am."
