What do you feel is wrong with atheism? (beliefs, atheist)

I have a problem with christians that cant stick together.

Unless you come to him as a child, full of wonder and exitement you can not even enter the kingdom. Scientists are inquisitive, analytically minded and open to the possibility that there is more out there, than they have discovered.

A child is naturally inquisitive, and are amazed at the wonder of the world around them, they are honest about their feelings and they are open to the matters of god. Unless we come to him, open and wide eyed, we will never know he exists.

Most christians dont have a problem with an atheist, but they seem to have a problem with christians.

And i think it is because they would like to escape what it means to be a christian. It means giving up your will for the will of god. It seems easier and safer and far more comfortable to beleive that he does not exist, than having to be confronted with the possibility of this being, who is going to ask you to explain yourself to him oneday.

It takes courage to believe. It takes faith.

When an atheist wants to insult a christian, they use our god, thinking that we will feel ashamed of the fact that we believe he does exist.

Most atheist underestimate the intelligence of a christian, and think that there is something wrong with our minds. They think we use god as some coping mechanism.

I dont think that it is any co-incidence that an atheist doesnt believe either. I think they were meant to not believe.

But atheist very rarely can face reality. The reality that god exists. And so that is why i have a problem with a person that does not believe that god exists. Its like talking to someone that has very little understanding of very few things that mattter.
