I would be very surprised if this were true. I suspect that here are sufficient differences in neurochemistry to establish propensities one way or the other.

I believe we are born atheists, for the reason that the concept of a god making you, instead of your mother and father, is to great for a child to comprehend until he or she is taught.

that would be a true statement for me. My mother, whom I think was agnostic (she never told me) showed me a bible when I was a child and that was my intro in religion. Furthermore because she was apathic to religion, meaning I was not forced into it, I was very apathic to it all the way up until about 15 when I started to have that teenage "where did i come from" syndrome.

We are all born theists. It is free will that changes our belief. If we did not have free will, we would have all stayed theists. But the freedom to choose what to believe in affects people.

are we all born with Islam as our religion but some of us go seperate ways? or just theist in general ?
