Itend to beat myself up or blame myself when things go wrong or I can't solve a problem even if intelectually I know I had nothing to do with it. It's the ever present idea of "if only I'd done this or that things would be different/this never would have happened." And if intelectually I KNOW I had something to do with it or somehow helped cause the trouble I tend to beat myself up even more.
